It’s not overlooked, there’s plenty of entertaining space and has been elegantly furnished throughout.  This luxury rental has 24 hour porterage behind electronic gates in a quiet new development located between King’s Road and Fulham Road, has exceptional security. There’s underground parking with lift access directly into the apartment, a large well equipped communal gym and indoor swimming pool along with attractively landscaped private gardens.

The lift opens straight into a large hallway where there is a guest cloakroom with basin and loo. Beautiful, wooden double doors lead into an a superbly elegant drawing room that has excellent natural light from three sets of french doors that lead out onto the East facing terrace. The drawing room has three distinct areas: cocktails, TV watching and up on the mezzanine level, a study which has a sofabed for extra sleeping space. The 42″ TV has all the cable channels as well as a DVD and Wifi is present. Out on the terrace is an uber modern dining table seating 8 and gas BBQ.

Double doors lead into the dining room which has a modern table seating 8. Glass doors lead out onto the West facing terrace which has a good view of Chelsea Football Grounds, 200 meters as the crow flies. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of work surfaces, but it is open plan with the dining area.

The master bedroom suite has a super king size double bed which is 8 ft wide. There are plenty of fitted wardrobes and french doors leading out on to the terrace. There is a small TV and the bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, power shower cubicle, double basin unit and loo. The principle guest double bedroom has a king size 5’6″ wide double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath with a screen, basin and loo. There is another double bedroom with a queen size 5ft wide double bed and ensuite shower room with basin and loo. In addition there is a sofabed on the mezzanine above the drawing room.

The private lift from the car parking in the basement opens straight into a large hallway where there is a guest cloakroom with basin and loo. There are three terraces all with extraordinary views all over London.

Locale:

Located in an upscale development of 250 apartments and houses the apartment buildings and landscaped gardens cover a large area with an outdoor tennis court between King’s Road and Fulham Road, close by Chelsea Football Ground.

To the south is Lots Road which leads into Chelsea Harbour, which is of course on the River Thames.  Imperial Wharf is a new railway station connected to Chelsea Harbour.  Close by are lots of trendy cafe’s and restaurants and major shopping can be done at Fulham Broadway, a 10 minute walk.

Transport:

The nearest tube station is Fulham Broadway, a 10 minute walk. Imperial Wharf with it’s overland connections all the way east to Stratford is just 5 minutes walk away, as is the River Taxi service.
