Very unusual, hip 2-bed luxury conversion apartment in an old school building in Victoria Park.  Situated in a quiet residential street, very close to the park itself and within a few yards of local shops and restaurants — one of London’s best fish and chip shops is around the corner!  The split-level accommodation is very spacious and has been lovingly designed by the owner who is in the fashion business.

Decor is reminiscent of the 60′s with a modern edge. It has good entertaining space inside and out. Electronic gates lead into the old school playground which is now the car park.

A sprial staircase leads up from the hall to a very spacious all-white living area that has comfy bright orange velvet soft furnishing mixed with black leather upholstered seating. Unusually, there are two plasma screen TVs opposite each other.

The kitchen and dining area is divided by a long, low iron beam from the sitting area. The white dining table seats six and the cooking is utlra-modern electric with those cool cupboards and drawers that close with a swoosh.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor by the spacious entrance hall that also serves as a quiet study space, with built-in desk, chair and white leather Corbusier leather recliner. The Master bedroom has a super king size 6ft wide double bed with fitted wardrobes and a black tiled ensuite wet-room with shower, basin and loo. The guest bedroom has a 5ft wide queen size double bed and drawers. Large white tiled guest bathroom with a free standing tub, shower attachment, basin, loo and power shower.

Outside Space:

French doors lead out from the living area onto a spaciously exotic terrace with teak garden furniture, BBQ and plenty of plants. Two cats also live here, but will be removed before a tenancy commences. Off street parking behind electronic gates.

Facilities:

The flat has WiFi throughout, Cable TV and DVD player and an iPod dock. With regards to utilities, there is a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.
