Spacious, arty two bed flat in Pimlico for short term rent
2 Bedrooms • 2 Bathrooms • Sleeps 4
£ 400 /night
This laterally designed first floor Pimlico apartment is unusually spacious and wonderfully ecclectic. The overall decor is a bit frayed around the edges but is made up for by its elegantly louche ambience.
It is available at £400 per night for both bedrooms. Otherwise, it can be separated into two self-contained one bed flats, one of which can be rented out at £250 per night.
The living areas have high ceilings and unique objets d’art and paintings. There is also a balcony which spans the breadth of the apartment and overlooks St George’s Drive.
Cooking & Dining:
The kitchen is compact but fully fitted and equipped.
The flat has two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The flat also comes with a key to Warwick Square communal gardens.
Minimum rental is 7 nights.

An ideal location for a holiday or short term rent, with Victoria station about 10 minutes on foot and excellent transport links. Pimlico Road with it’s more enticing restaurants and antique shops is about 15 minutes walk; Tate Britain, Westminster and King’s Road are also easily walkable.
Tachbrook Street market with its myriad stalls is just a couple of streets away. Good local shops, ethnic restaurants, pubs and Pimlico Underground station are all within a 5 min walk.
A 10 minute walk from both Victoria station and Sloane Square. Good local market on Saturday mornings at Pimlico Green, a 5 minute walk, and at Tachbrook street food market, again a 5 minutes walk, provides plenty of local colour every day except Sundays. Lots of interesting ethnic restaurants a stone’s throw away. Also close by is the River Thames with its communal river taxi that takes in many of London’s most famous landmarks.
The nearest tube station is Pimlico, a 5 minute walk. Alternatively Victoria Station, a national transport hub is only 15 minutes walk.
