Accommodate London VisitEngland agency accreditation

Update Nov 2015: We’ve enjoyed our relationship with VisitEngland but have decided not to renew our accreditation. Our thanks go to the VisitEngland team for the great job they did during and after the 2012 Olympics.

We’re happy to announce that received accreditation from VisitEngland, the National tourist agency. We are the first London rentals agency to gain VisitEngland approval and we are rather thrilled.

The accreditation is based on VisitEngland’s inspection of Accommodate London’s procedures and spot-checks to assess performance and delivery of service.’s CEO Joanna Doniger comments:
“We’re delighted to be the first London agency to gain accreditation and we hope many others will follow us. We support VisitEngland’s drive for quality and will wear our badge with pride!”

James Berresford, VisitEngland’s Chief Executive, said, “Accommodate London is to be congratulated on becoming the first VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency in London. Our inspector was impressed by the high levels of customer care in evidence, the efficiency of the company’s procedures and the quality of the properties on offer across the capital. VisitEngland is dedicated to driving quality in accommodation across the country, and this is more important than ever as we prepare for the exciting events of the summer.” partner Ken Sparkes reports:
“We see the long term benefits of an internationally recognised standard of excellence for privately owned rental accommodation. It’s good for visitors and will promote better practices throughout the inbound and domestic travel industry.”

We’ve had a very positive, informal, relationship with Savills who welcomed the news. Jane Ingram, head of Savills Lettings, told us, “We have made a number of referrals to Accommodate London for landlords looking to let properties during the Olympics and Wimbledon. Being accredited by VisitEngland reflects the high standard of customer service and quality of properties the company provide and we share these values at Savills.”

VisitEngland and VisitLondon are part of the UK National Tourist Board.
